Many boys and young teenagers end up managing to retract the foreskin simply by repeatedly trying to pull it back. Skin is now pink and normal. A balloon like swelling under the foreskin may occur with urination. In teenagers and adults it may result in pain during an erection but is otherwise not painful.

Those affected are at greater risk of inflammation of the glans known as balanitis and other complications. Phimosis is a condition in which the foreskin of the penis cannot stretch to allow it to be pulled back past the glans. Still has raised white puffy phimotic ring. They can happen to uncircumcised and partially circumcised men.

Level 2 phimotic ring diameter from 4 mm to 16 18 mm. Foreskin opening about 0 75cm. Forcing the phimotic ring could lead to a series of micro cuts on the foreskin which would heal with scar tissue rendering the part with the phimotic tissue even less elastic. They re preventable and can be completely resolved with treatment.

Bag ozone treatment 15 minutes 2x day followed by topical application of undiluted enula enough to cover the phimotic ring. But doing so has some drawbacks. Level 3 phimotic ring diameter from 18 mm to 26 mm. There is a risk of accidentally retracting the phimotic ring before it is wide enough and it getting stuck behind the base of the glans paraphimosis.

At this level your phimotic ring diameter allows you to see and feel the glans if you retract it enough. Instead of improving the situation this would contribute towards its deterioration. White phimotic ring gone.
